GUIDELINES

REIMBURSEMENTS AND EXPENSES

1. Reimbursements:
   a. President’s fee shall be $50.00 each year for her work.
   b. Vice President’s fee shall be $50.00 each year including the Queens tournament.
   c. Law committee shall be paid $50.00 each for their work, including attendance of the Executive Committee and Board of Director meetings.
   d. Secretary-Treasurer shall be paid the sum of one dollar ($1.00) per bowler in each event entered, not to include all events.
   e. The auditors shall receive a sum of $10.00 each for their work each day.
   f. The Recording Secretary will be paid $20.00 for each meeting.
   g. The Parliamentarian Advisor shall be paid twenty-five (25) dollars for her service.
2. Expenses:
   a. Scorekeeper fees must be set to a maximum of twenty-five (25) cents per line and paid out of the EDWBA tournament expenses fee.
   b. Bowling alley fees are to be paid from the EDWBA bowling charge fee.
   c. Two hundred (200) dollars shall be donated by the Tournament Host to be deposited in General Fund and it is added to the deposit by the Tournament Host.
   d. Any expenses related to the tournament from any officer or committee must be submitted to the Secretary-Treasurer of EDWBA at the time of tournament and should be paid within thirty (30) days.
   e. Expenses related to the tournament paid by the president, Vice President, and Secretary-Treasurer for transportation shall be reimbursed from the General Fund. EDWBA shall pay thirty cent per mile on AAA map for all officers’ travel expenses within thirty (30) days. At Secretary-Treasurer’s best discretion (judgment), if the officer chooses to fly by comparing the travel cost both by air and land and shall reimburse accordingly.
   f. Expenses that cannot be covered the Queens tournament due to a deficit shall be paid by EDWBA General Fund.
3. Prize Fees:
   a. All prize fees collected in any event must be returned 100% to bowlers participating in that event.
   b. The handicap prize list shall be in the ration of one to four (1:4) and one to ten (1:10) in All-Events.
4. Interest:
   Annual interest incurred from the deposits of the Tournament Host is to be used for prize distribution.
